The customer has the right to return goods purchased from SMARO within 14 days (from the day you receive the goods). A full refund will be transferred to the customer’s bank within 14 days after we receive the goods. The shipping cost of the returned goods will not be covered by SMARO. Along with the return there must be a written form (withdrawal form), which can be send by post, email or inside the parcel of the returned goods.

The customer is obliged to return the goods in an excellent condition, exactly how they were delivered, without any damages. The same applies to the packaging of the goods. The receipt or the invoice must be included for the return to be accepted.

We will not take any responsibility for any damage done to the goods after delivery. In the unexpected case of defective goods, the customer must notify us right away, and give us a detailed explanation of the damage. Together with the customer we will examine weather the defect is our responsibility. If that’s the case we will happily repair/replace the goods.

The majority of our jewellery is made to order, therefore an order cancelation is possible for the first 24 hours after you placed you order and before we start creating your jewellery.
